Order Processing

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days

  • Other Locations: 4–8 working days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 working days

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: ₹60 handling fee applies

 


We recommend prepaid payments for faster delivery and smoother processing.

Delivery Attempts

 


If the courier partner fails to deliver due to:

 

  • Unavailable customer

  • Wrong address

  • Unreachable phone number

 


…the package will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases, re-shipping can be arranged with applicable delivery charges.
